Access and in-situ regimes in IOGEN RAS are established in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation" dated 29.12.2012, Federal Law No. 69-FZ "On Fire Safety" dated 21.12.1994, IOGEN RAS Charter, and local normative acts of IOGEN RAS. Requirements of the pass regime of IOGEN RAS are obligatory for all employees of IOGEN RAS, tenants and employees of contracting organizations and institutions fulfilling contractual obligations. Organization of admission regime in IOGEN RAS is entrusted to IOGEN RAS Deputy Director for Security and is carried out by the Control Department.

Russian citizens visit IOGEN RAS upon notification of the Department of Control one day in advance with presentation of passport and escort by the inviting employee of IOGEN RAS on official working days from 9:00 to 18:00.

For persons without Russian citizenship, the visit is organized by the host unit 2 weeks before the date of the planned visit.
